My name is Raisin; I am a prebald cob mare. I arrived here at AppleCast in 2022. I came from a very lovely home in Wigan but unfortunately, I was unable to stay there due to us finding out that I had some health issues with my legs. This meant that I was no longer able to be ridden or exercised much. Because of this my owners thought that I would have a better quality of life here at AppleCast than be stuck in a stable 24/7 or worse being passed onto someone who would ride me and cause me pain. Since I have been here, I have lived with a few of the ponies but we have found that I enjoy my own company more than living with the boys.
